About the Role
Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy in May 2026 on a permanent
basis.
Your new role
Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co-ordinate the support provision for students
who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour
for learning.
