About the Role
Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form are seeking to appoint an exceptional Reflections Manager to join the wider academy
inclusion team. Applicants must be dedicated and enthusiastic as they will co-ordinate and manage the pupils in the
Academy’s Reflection spaces and ensure that high expectations are upheld.
You will manage the development of this provision to meet with a wide range of needs of a diverse group of pupils and
promote strategies that are designed to reduce the number of fixed and permanent exclusions and ensure pupil entitlement
to an appropriate curriculum is met.
