all staffusing the Trust’sRSR(Reflect,Support,Resolve)Model. The post holder will lead on

thereflectivepracticeworkstream, with someinput intoour otherStaff Supportprojects (including Schwartz Rounds, Critical

Incident Staff SupportandTeam Support Plans).We are seekinga candidate who can effectivelyengage stakeholders

andleadprojects at an organisation-wide level.
