Regional Manager Northern Ireland Location: Head Office, Belfast (multi-site across Northern Ireland) The Opportunity An
exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership and
operational oversight across a portfolio of nursing care homes throughout Northern Ireland. Working closely with the
Head of Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence, quality assurance, and
business performance across all homes. This multi-site role requires a strong, compassionate leader with a proven
ability to inspire teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver the highest standards of resident care. Key
