About the Role

A local premier care organisation is now looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join them as a

Peripatetic Deputy Manager, helping to ensure residents get the support they need across several care homes near

Eastbourne.

You will have a greater level of variety in your day-to-day as you provide more advanced care (such as medication and

assessments), guide more junior team members to advance their skills.

Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with
