About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting time to join We Care Group as we implement a new Learning & Development strategy that sees the
introduction of Regional Trainers being integral to our success. You will be working across the Yorkshire region with
the L&D Manager to develop our approach and course materials for critical areas of training such as safer people
handling, basic life support and first aid, induction and fire safety. You will bring your expertise in these areas to
set standards, train new and existing team members and support home managers to develop a learning culture that will
