Regional Turnaround Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Turnaround Manager to lead the improvement of underperforming care homes

across the North East, including homes currently without a manager. Your role will be to develop a clear vision and

values for each home, ensure regulatory compliance, set achievable targets, and address specific areas needing

improvement, all whilst keeping resident wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.

As Regional Turnaround Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and supporting teams, embedding a culture of

kindness, and creating environments where residents feel safe, valued, and supported. The role may require travel across
