and the community. Our client is a medically complex young man who needs support around the clock to ensure his needs
are met. Whilst our client is medically complex, his family and care team are very knowledgeable and will support you
fully to integrate into the team and routine. He lives at home with his family and their pet dog, enjoys playing on his
