Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Larne, Northern Ireland Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hrs) On-Call Responsibility

Included £42000 per annum The Role As Registered Manager, you will be the legally accountable person responsible for:

Leading the service in line with Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations (NI) 2007 Ensuring full compliance with RQIA

Minimum Standards Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance Managing safeguarding concerns and

incident reporting Recruiting, supervising, and developing care staff Maintaining governance systems, policies, and

procedures Liaising with RQIA inspectors and external stakeholders Ensuring safe staffing levels and rota management
