enjoy coming to work. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 56 bed residential home dedicated to

young people with eating disorders. This is a pivotal role requiring clinical insight, strong leadership, and a

commitment to evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management Take full responsibility for the

day-to-day running of a 5 - 6 bed residential home for young people with complex mental health needs and challenging

behaviours. Lead safeguarding within the service, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to company policy.
