About the Role
New Directions (Rugby) Ltd is a long‑established local charity supporting people throughout their adult life. We provide
high‑quality, person‑centred services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and a range of
additional support requirements. Our services include residential care, supported living, day opportunities and respite.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead one of our well‑established Supported Living
services in Rugby. The service comprises three buildings – Kings Court, Queens Court and Lennon Court – supporting
individuals in their own flats with 24/7 staffing and a management structure
