high standard of assessment and treatment for male patients with a wide range of mental health illnesses
You will be motivated to make a real difference in the lives of people living with dementia, where passion, empathy,
strong communication and excellent teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
To coordinate the care of service users carrying out assessment planning, implementation and evaluation of their care
