Detailed Job description and Main Responsibilities The successful candidate should : Have experience working in

Maternity Triage and using BSOTs or equivalent. Be responsible in prioritising, assessing, planning implementing and

evaluating in all relevant aspects of midwifery care to an agreed and expected high standard Ensure there is effective

and sensitive communication between the women, babies and their families and with all the MDT Supports the Ward

Manager/Team Leader in monitoring the action of others to whom responsibility for patient has been delegated Participate

in meetings in which broad professional and service issues are discussed Act as a resource for colleagues so that expert
