JOB DESCRIPTION

The Belfast Inclusion Health Service is looking for a dynamic individual to join the multidisciplinary team. Interest is

welcome from those who are registered on Part 1 of NMC Register (Adult) and have experience of working with vulnerable

groups including those experiencing homelessness and sex workers. This is an innovative nurse led multidisciplinary

service, operational among an identified population who experience homelessness. This population suffer complex and

diverse health and social care needs including physical health, mental health and substance misuse issues. Many service
