About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Trust is seeking to develop its physical health monitoring/intervention programme for persons open to community
mental health and specialist teams. This will include those with an eating disorder who may require additional
monitoring, and will be at various locations within the Trust clinics, but may also include home visits to those unable
to attend a clinic. This will include (but not exclusively) the taking of clinical observations, venepuncture,
height/weight and recording of electrocardiograms (ECG), in accordance with clinical guidance/indications, in line with
