About the Role
To assess, plan, implement, evaluate and provide high quality nursing care for patients requiring specialist diagnostic
and interventional procedures.
To work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, with such professions as Radiographer, Cardiac
Physiologists, Anaesthetists, ODPs and Doctors.
To provide assistance in the diagnostic/ interventional clinical areas as circulatory and/or scrub nurse.
To be responsible for the coordination of the Special Procedures area in the absence of a more senior nurse.
