About the Role

Provide clinical nursing leadership, guidance and support across the college workforce, ensuring professional knowledge

and skills remain current and evidence-based. Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring appropriate

oversight, safe practice and professional development. Ensure clinical practice aligns with the college Quality

Improvement Plan and service objectives. Oversee assessment and care delivery for students with complex needs, ensuring

appropriate staff allocation. Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of training for delegated health tasks,

including competency assessment, including action plans where appropriate, ensuring all staff receive appropriate
