About the Role

We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Autumn Grange Care Home in Creswell, S80. At Autumn

Grange, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Position Details:

Schedule: 24 hours per week, a share of on call. Shift work and supernumerary hours to be discussed. If working as a

Nurse the day shift times are 06:45-19:00.

Rate of pay: £22-£23 per hour
