About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Band 5 Community Registered Nurse to join our integrated Community Nursing Service in North

East Essex.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within patients’ own homes,

supporting independence and preventing avoidable hospital admissions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary

neighbourhood team, managing a varied and rewarding caseload across the community setting

Our service operates 08:00–18:00, 7 days a week.
