About the Role
Our client has Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Epilepsy, Diabetes Mellitus and Dystonia. She is PEG fed and
Registered blind. You will be someone who brings both clinical expertise and companionship with a warm and
person-centred approach to care. As our client is non-verbal, you will be patient, intuitive and committed to clear,
kind communication - preparing her gently for any care and talking to her throughout. Whilst the majority of shifts will
be within her home environment, you will be confident in managing her care on trips out and accompanying her to college
as required. You must be able to work collaboratively with the family and other professionals in the family home.
