Registered Nurse Degree Apprentice - Top up Internal HDFT Only
About the Role
As an RN Apprentice, you will: Work under the supervision of a registered nurse in the Main Outpatients Department,
delivering holistic, safe, and effective care to patients. Develop specialist outpatient skills, including supporting
clinical investigations and procedures such as flexible cystoscopies, urodynamics, uroflows, and clinic-based biopsies.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
Participate in a 2-year structured apprenticeship programme, including 7.5 hours of protected study time per week and
supernumerary placements. Maintain professional standards, patient safety, and excellent patient experience throughout
