About the Role
This is a developmental role. The trainee will work towards the progression into the post of Registered Nurse through
the successful completion of the Registered Nurse Degree apprenticeship training programme which includes registration
with the Nursing and Midwifery council. They will develop and maintain knowledge, skills and proficiencies related to
the role of a Registered Nurse within clinical practice and through the completion of the RNDA training programme. This
will involve working in a range of care settings to deliver person centred care.
The RNDA will be based at LNWH as paid employee whilst undertaking the adult nurse degree apprenticeship programme which
