About the Role
As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our residents throughout
the night. You will take clinical responsibility for the home during your shift, leading the care team with confidence
and compassion. Your night will involve delivering person-centred care, monitoring residents' health, administering
medications, and responding promptly and effectively to any changes or emergencies. You will support residents with
their evening and overnight routines, helping them to feel secure and reassured. Working closely with colleagues, you
will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice
