About the Role

Cambridge J2 is a 19 bedded ward , taking care of patients with respiratory infections. This will include Bipap, CPAP,

chest drains, Optiflow, (High Flow Oxygen)Tracheostomies and Laryngectomy.

The ward team consists of 1 Ward Manager, 5 Band 6 sisters, 23 Band 5, 17 Health Care Assistants, 1 housekeeper and a

Ward Clerk.

This team works well within the Multidisciplinary team, which incudes the Wards own consultants, 7 days a week, and a

team of junior doctors
