About the Role
Post: Registered Nurse Accountable to: Inpatient Services Manager Job Purpose: The postholder will maintain the highest
standards of nursing care with patients, their families and carers in the In-Patient Unit. This role will involve
providing holistic assessment, identification of patient needs, care planning and care provision jointly with other
multidisciplinary team members, so that people who use our service receive co-ordinated, compassionate and
person-centred care. The role requires a commitment to enabling choice and providing respectful and dignified support
