About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The postholder will be based in Woodlawn House Respite Unit which provides short breaks for adults with a learning
disability who present with complex nursing needs or behavioural difficulties. The post holder will work as part of a
team providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care and support to patients with varying health needs, ensuring
their comfort and safety during their stay. The post holder will work closely with the patient, their parents/carers and
families. The post holder will participate as part of a team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate all episodes of
