About the Role

plans, monitor health and wellbeing, administer medications, and support residents to live as independently and joyfully
as possible. Your leadership will guide the care team, support smooth shift handovers, and foster strong communication
with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be a reassuring presence, championing respect,
promoting safety, and helping create a vibrant community where residents feel truly at home.
