About the Role
Main responsibilities To carry out the assessment of children, identifying nursing problems and needs, in partnership
with their family / carer. To assess risks to children, be able to recognise vulnerable children and respond in
accordance with the Trust policy, seeking support from senior staff as appropriate. Attend the delivery of an infant
with complex needs and safely transport to SCBU with supervision if required Assess, plan, implement and evaluate
individualised programmes of care support by current research based practice in partnership with the family and in
collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team with supervision / guidance if required To give skilled care,
