About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic Nurse to apply for a Band 6 clinical sister/charge

Nurse for COpAT on a fixed term basis.

A shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice

within the department. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate high standards of patient care and have

excellent communication skills. Providing care for patients within their own home following assessment by the COpAT team

and deputise for the department manager as required.
