About the Role

This is a great opportunity to build skills in pulmonary rehabilitation while supporting people living with respiratory

conditions to improve their health and confidence.

You’ll work as part of a friendly multi‑disciplinary team who deliver cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services

across the area. Your work will help people understand and manage their condition, reduce hospital admissions and feel

more in control of their health. You’ll collaborate with specialist nurses, community teams and other partners to

provide safe, effective and person‑centred care.
