JOB OVERVIEW

We have  an  exciting opportuni ty a for Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse in the Department of Acute Medicine - 26.5 hours per

weeks=.

AMU is a 24hr unit caring for patients requiring assessments, medical interventions and ongoing treatment. This fast

paced, high acuity unit receives patients directly from GP surgery’s and our SDEC department. Once we have assessed and

stabilised our patients, they either move to a speciality ward or discharged home.
