About the Role
As a Nursing Associate on Inpatients, your responsibilities would include: Providing compassionate, safe and effective
care and support to service-users to improve and maintain their mental, physical and behavioural health and wellbeing.
Monitoring the condition and contributing to the ongoing assessment of the health needs of service-users on a continual
basis in partnership with other professionals, families, and carers. Using knowledge and experience to make
evidence-based decisions and solve problems. Communicating effectively with colleagues as an active member of the
multidisciplinary team. Providing training and support to healthcare assistants and other staff as required. For more
