About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nursing associate to join the NICU team. You will be responsible for
competently providing safe and effective care with minimal supervision to babies on the NICU.
You will work, independently under the leadership of a registered nurse, operating within the sphere of nursing,
implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs of care. You will communicate effectively, with sensitivity and
compassion, and manage relationships with parents, families and staff making reasonable adjustments where necessary.
