About the Role

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking, committed and enthusiastic Nursing Associate with

excellent communication skills to join our Community Diabetes team. You will be pivotal in providing care to the

population of Luton working across both the Diabetes team and Adult Community Nursing team, and act as a role model to

current and future trainee nursing associates.

The role will focus on those patients who manage Diabetes as a long-term condition, therefore skills will be required in

administering insulinand other care needs, promoting patient teaching and independence in managing their condition,
