About the Role

1 Communication and Working Relationship Establish and maintain effective communication with the families of Neonatal

patients. Develop and maintain appropriate communication with members of the multi-disciplinary team in all aspects of

care. Demonstrate good communication skills in difficult circumstances e.g. breaking bad news, de-escalating conflict.

Ability to deal with and respond appropriately to concerns or complaints from patients or members of the public.

Communicate effectively with all health, social care providers, voluntary sectors and emergency services. Maintain
