About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a new nursing home in Bedford, Bedfordshire. This role involves providing exceptional care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the home's budget while fostering a compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the staff team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulatory requirements.
• Manage the home's budget and financial targets.
• Develop marketing plans to maintain full occupancy.
• Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active NMC Pin and experience in nursing home management.
• Proven knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Experience in marketing within the private care sector.
• Leadership credentials and a compassionate approach.

Compensation

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum.

Location & Schedule

This is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours a week, from 9am to 5pm.
