Role: Registered Practitioner in Fertility Care Location: Central Services Team. Based hybrid. Reports to: Clinical

Nurse and Midwifery Lead for Donation and Surrogacy As a Registered Practitioner, you will work with the Clinical Nurse

and Midwifery Lead for Donation and Surrogacy and group donation lead to provide clinical care to donation services,

surrogacy support team and donor support team As a Nurse/ Midwife you will make appropriate assessments and provide

advice, information, support and clinical care by supporting the prospective egg and sperm donors, egg, embryo and sperm

recipients, shared motherhood and intended parents and surrogate arrangements. The main objective is to maximise
