About the Role

Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Rehabilitation Assistant to work within the ENable Community Neurological

Rehabilitation and Falls Teams. These teams are part of the Maximising Independence service line within Ealing Community

Partners (ECP).

Rehabilitation Assistants work as part of the multidisciplinary team, working closely with physiotherapists and

occupational therapists. We provide rehabilitation in the patients’ home environment with a focus on promoting
