About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide

both general and condition-specific support to a diverse group of patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation

goals in a safe, inclusive, and person-centred way.

You will work closely with registered nurses, general practitioners, and allied health professionals across a variety of

settings, including our community rehabilitation unit and in patients’ and carers’ homes. Collaboration, good

communication, and respect for each individual’s needs and background are key to success in this role.
