About the Role

The Community Rehabilitation and Short-term Assessment Team (CR-STAT), Community Care plus therapy and Reablement Team

provides rehabilitation, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing and Social services to adult clients

living in the borough of Greenwich, across various community settings and in their own homes. This service is integrated

with social care. The Rehabilitation Assistant(RA)will work, under the direction of allied health professional (AHP)
