About the Role
Staying Steady is delighted to invite applications for a part‑time Band 4 Rehabilitation Assistant to join our friendly,
multidisciplinary team within the Milton Keynes Home1st service. We are a key part of the Milton Keynes Falls Pathway, a
joint NHS, Council and voluntary sector initiative supporting people who have fallen or are at risk of falling. Our aim
is to help individuals understand and manage their falls risks, build confidence, and maintain independence through
regular physical activity.
