Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Promote patient independence in tasks.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate and implement patient care plans.
• Support patients in community participation.

Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on a rotational basis, including nights.
