About the Role

The Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service (CNRS) is looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band

3 Rehabilitation Support Worker ( RSW ) to join our friendly, dedicated and dynamic team working in rehabilitation. We

treat people in their own home who have had a stroke, ABI or TBI in the High Weald, Lewes and Havens (HWLH) area of East

Sussex.

We are looking for candidates who like working with people and are reliable, flexible and adaptable in their work.

Previous experience as a Therapy Technician, Assistant or similar is desirable. Our ideal candidates will enjoy problem
