About the Role

More detail about the role The ideal candidate will have an interest in community hospital rehabilitation, team working,

falls prevention and management of patients with a wide variety of short and long-term condition. An expectation of the

role is to carry out treatment plans within your competencies or as delegated by the registered staff. Clinical

supervision will be provided by a qualified Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist and we actively encourage peer

support and offer learning and development opportunities. Working Pattern: 30 -37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern

working across Monday to Friday. This role would also be included on the weekend working rota. Depending on your shift
