living in Harrow, in a proactive and holistic manner. As a Relief Extra Care Support Worker, you will have well-honed

skills in positive communication and engagement, you will also demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our

service users.

The role involves supporting individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally.
