About the Role
As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide flexible, person centred support to adults, helping them live as
independently as possible. This is a practical role where you may work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends
and sleepovers, supporting people in their own homes and communities.
You will work both independently and as part of a wider team, using your judgement to respond to individual needs and
support people safely and respectfully.
