Relief Support Worker

About the Role

YMCA Trinity Group is seeking Relief Accommodation Project Workers to support our Ipswich sites. In this flexible,

rewarding role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive environment for young residents, maintaining high standards of

care and supervision. We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, the

ability to work under pressure, and flexibility around working hours. Strong admin and communication skills, an

understanding of mental health issues, and confidence in managing challenging behavior are essential. If you’re
