Renal Technician (Healthcare Support Worker)

About the Role

Ability to use specialist technical equipment required within the clinical area/ home setting, including haemodialysis

or peritoneal dialysis machines as appropriate to patient care. Provide specialist renal advice and support to patients

on the ward/ in the home setting with both chronic and acute illness. Understand and follow specialist renal protocols

and policies for peritoneal dialysis, transplantation, haemodialysis and blood borne viruses, ensuring all patients are

safely managed. Valid UK Driving Licence and access to car.
