About the Role

The Research and Development Department (R&D) at Moorfields Eye Hospital Foundation Trust (MEH) incorporates the NIHR

Clinical Research Facility (CRF) and the Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) at MEH. The R&D Department employs

approximately 120-150 staff across the which includes a range of senior managers, technical managers, researchers,

research support staff, research nurses and administrative staff. Based at the Moorfields City Road site, this dynamic,

lively and diverse department has the breadth of knowledge and skills to ensure that this high level of research

activity and associated research processes are managed smoothly, efficiently and collaboratively.
