About the Role

This Fellowship offers an exceptional opportunity for a doctor interested inmedical education, research and endoscopy

training to develop practical research skills, contribute to educational innovation, and work at the interface

ofclinical education and academic development.

The postholder will spend approximatelytwo days per week working with theMidlands Endoscopy Training Academy (META),

supporting research, evaluation, and development and delivery of educational programmes across the regional endoscopy

training network. The remainder of the time will be devoted toeducation research, teaching, and leadership
